2.1 Membuka
Dokumen Kerja yang Telah Disimpan

Klik Office Button
b. Klik Open.
c. Pada Look in yang muncul, pilih drive
dan folder tempat file yang akan dibuka
d. Pilih nama filenya
e. Klik tombol Open.
Atau dapat menekan tombol Ctrl dan O secara
berasamaan

Memilih Teks yang Akan Di Format Atau Di Edit
a. Untuk
memilih satu kata (klik dua kali cepat pada kiri mouse )
b. Untuk
memilih satu paragraph ( klik tiga kali cepat pada kiri mouse)
c. Untuk
memilih satu kalimat ( tekan Ctrl dan kiri mouse)
d.
Untuk
memilih semua teks ( tekan Ctrl+A secara bersamaan)
2.3 Memindahkan dan Mengkopi Teks
a)
Blok
tulisan yang akan dipindah
b)
Klik
tombol Cut (atau tekan tombol keyboard Ctrl + X)
c)
Letakan
kursor ditempat yang baru untuk tempat memindah teks
d) Klik tombol Paste (atau tekan Tombol Keyboard Ctrl
+ V)
2.4 Memformat Huruf
atau Font
Mengganti Jenis dan Ukuran Huruf
- Blok tulisan yang akan diganti
- Klik tab ribbon Font misalkan jenis hurufnya Times New Roman
- Klik tab ribbon Font misal ukuran hurufnya 20
2.5 Mengatur Perataan Paragraf
1. Menggunakan
rata kiri ( Ctrl + L)
On the Insert tab, the
galleries include items that are designed to coordinate with the overall look
of your document. You can use these galleries to insert tables, headers,
footers, lists, cover pages, and other document building blocks. When you
create pictures, charts, or diagrams, they also coordinate with your current
document look. You can easily change the formatting of selected text in the
document text by choosing a look for the selected text from the Quick Styles
gallery on the Home tab.
